Magic Number was appointed to design, produce and deliver Havana Club's premium festival activation programme across multiple European territories, creating a consistent brand experience that could seamlessly travel between some of the continent's leading music and cultural events.
From initial concept development through to fabrication, logistics and on-site delivery, our team created a collection of high-finish branded assets engineered specifically for international touring. Every element was designed to withstand repeated transport, installation and de-rigging while maintaining the premium look and feel synonymous with the Havana Club brand.
Managing a multi-country activation programme required meticulous logistical planning, including international freight coordination, carnet management, customs compliance, asset tracking and transport scheduling. Our team oversaw every stage of the journey, ensuring all assets were accurately documented, weighed, checked and transported efficiently between countries and festival sites.
The activation itself was inspired by the vibrant spirit of Cuba, featuring a beautifully crafted hospitality environment complete with multiple lounge and seating areas, a striking 10-foot feature bar and a dedicated DJ performance space. The result was an inviting, high-energy destination that brought the essence of Havana Club to life, creating a memorable experience for festival audiences across Europe.
