In early 2024, Magic Number has made substantial investments to elevate our capabilities in creating engaging, immersive experiences for a diverse range of clients and independent businesses. Our full-service in-house design team operates from our offices, supported by a 15,000 sqft workshop and studio dedicated to design development.
Our newly equipped workshop includes advanced tools such as CNC machines, a spray booth, upholstery rooms, and a fully operational carpentry workshop. From initial concept to final creation, Magic Number delivers each project through a seamless production process led by skilled makers and specialists. Our spacious facilities allow us to offer clients asset storage, conduct test builds for large-scale projects, and bring each unique vision to life with care and precision.
WHAT WE DO
VISUAL & TECHNICAL DESIGN
At The Hub, technical design is where ideas are pressure-tested and made build-ready. Our in-house team translates creative concepts and visuals into full production drawings, structural plans, and engineered solutions. From material selection and structural integrity to transport logistics and on-site installation requirements, every detail is considered upfront. This ensures that what is imagined can be delivered efficiently, safely, and at scale removing risk, reducing revisions, and giving clients complete confidence before a single element goes into production.
BUILD PRODUCTION
Our build production capability sits at the core of The Hub. Operating from our 32,000 sqft facility in Bristol, we deliver high-quality fabrication across large-scale event builds, brand activations, and bespoke assets. Equipped with CNC machinery, dedicated workshop zones, and specialist production teams, we control the entire process in-house, from prototyping through to full-scale manufacture. This allows us to maintain speed, consistency, and cost efficiency, while adapting quickly to changing briefs or timelines.
FINAL PRODUCT
In Every project delivered through The Hub is finished with the end environment in mind. Assets leave our facility fully tested, quality-checked, and ready for seamless installation across the UK and Europe. We build with durability, transport, and operational use at the forefront, ensuring builds perform as intended across festivals, retail environments, and high-footfall public spaces. Combined with our logistics, install, and on-site delivery teams, the final product is not just well made it is deployment-ready, compliant, and built to withstand the realities of live environments.

Delivery and build is where planning meets execution, and where The Hub’s full capability comes together. Our teams manage the end-to-end process of transporting, installing, and activating assets across complex live environments, from city centre locations to large-scale festivals and multi-site rollouts. With dedicated logistics planning, experienced crew, and on-site production management, we ensure every build is delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
