• Create an always on activation at Westfields White City during the Xmas season in partnership with Time Out

• Produce a take over of their green space that brings the joy of Xmas with a nostalgic feel

• Host live events during weekends at the centre to enhance engagement and encourage shoppers to head down

 

We designed, curating and produced 'The Winter Square' on partnership with Time Out as a festive take over installation and live activation. We wanted to lean into the magic of the season, creating something that would encourage people to spend time interacting with the installation and make the centre the heart of the area.

 

For our light installation we commission Artist Amy Freeman to design cut out motifs inspired by iconic London Landmarks and acted as a treasure hunt for kids to find them all. Amy's work evokes joy and togetherness, a perfect collaboration for our event.

 

On the weekends we programmed our festive bandstand, a nod to a British traditional space for people to come together. From Ballet dancers to carols concerts and kids entertainment shows, the space came to life for festive shoppers to enjoy and engage with
